Ingredients
Iced Chocolate
- 3 x tableya Tsokolate Lola
- 2-3 heaped tbsp pumpkin purée (We made ours by roasting and blending organic pumpkin)
- ¼ - ½ tsp pumpkin spice
- 100ml just-boiled water
- 200ml plant milk (such as almond, oat, or coconut)
- Sweetener to taste
- Ice cubes
Pumpkin Spice Cloud Cream
- 150ml chilled plant-based cream
- 50ml plant milk
- 2 heaped tbsp pumpkin purée
- ¼ - ½ tsp pumpkin spice
- Sweetener to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Method
1. Prepare the Iced Chocolate
In a small heatproof jug or saucepan, cover the Tsokolate Lola tableya with just-boiled water.
Add pumpkin spice, pumpkin purée, and sweetener to taste. Leave for 1-2 minutes to melt.
Froth with a frother (Get yours here) until smooth and well combined.
Add 200ml plant milk and froth again until creamy. Set aside.
2. Make the Pumpkin Spice Cloud Cream
In a tall glass, froth the chilled plant-based cream with the pumpkin spice, sweetener, and plant milk until light and fluffy.
3. Assemble & Serve
Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the Tsokolate mixture.
Pour the cloud cream over the iced chocolate, letting it cascade beautifully over the drink.
Sprinkle a little extra pumpkin spice on top for a cosy finishing touch.
