I have always loved food, especially chocolate. Eating really good chocolate feels like a spiritual experience. With intention and the right botanicals, it becomes one.
Cacao has been part of my life since childhood, when my family would prepare tsokolate, the traditional Filipino drinking chocolate. From an early age I understood that chocolate was never just a treat. It was a ritual. A moment to pause, to share, to nourish.
I have also always been drawn to esoteric traditions and the science of human behaviour. What I kept discovering was that they pointed to the same truth: small, consistent, embodied practices are the most powerful architects of change. Sol Alkhemi is where those worlds meet.
