The Sol Alkhemi Nomadic Elixir Café is a travelling experience designed to awaken the senses and reconnect people through ritual, culture, and community.

 

Our mobile café allows us to showcase Sol Alkhemi’s creations in their most delicious form through handcrafted, soul nourishing hot and cold elixirs, mouth-watering desserts and chakra-aligned artisan chocolates. Each recipe is made using our ceremonial cacao, and soon-to-be-released ceremonial matcha.

 

Inspired primarily by our Filipino heritage and guided by the Indigenous origins of the ceremonial plants we work with, we reimagine familiar flavours and rituals through a modern, plant-based, herbal-infused, and refined sugar-free lens.

 

Every element is created with intention to honour our roots, celebrate connection, and share the magick of mindful indulgence.

You can find us at the Lawson Markets every third Sunday of the month, at Maroubra Beach markets every 1st Saturday of the month and at Lost Paradise Festival, where our café becomes a sanctuary for music, laughter, and shared ceremony.

 

Our Nomadic Elixir Café is also available to pop up at your event, from markets and festivals to retreats and private gatherings. Each activation is curated to create meaningful connection and a taste experience that nourishes body, heart, and spirit.

I’m Bianca,

I have the joy of being in charge of Sol Alkhemi Events. The Nomadic Elixir Café is about creating moments of connection and celebration through the magick of cacao, chocolate, and matcha.

 

I joined Sol Alkhemi because of my love for people, community, and chocolate. For me, cacao and matcha are more than drinks. It is a way to bring people together, spark conversations, create memories and connect deeper with ourselves.

 

Being part of Sol Alkhemi allows me to combine my passion for community with my joy for sharing our craft, and I am so excited to continue growing this work.
