The Grounding Chocolate is my current favourite—it’s decadent and utterly delicious. I love the warm, spiced notes balanced with the creamy, nutty depth. Each bite feels both indulgent and comforting, like a little ritual of grounding in itself.

The caramel in this creation was infused with tumeric which gave it a unique tumeric latte like flavour, like a brown sugar tumeric latte! I loved the thick, creamy but also textural, coconut butter base.

A beautiful creamy, smooth and nutty macadamia praline atop a warmly spiced, crisp gingerbread biscuit. This combination is supremely delicious! Surrounded by rich, textured dark chocolate which has a viscous melt in the mouth.

Ticks all my cacao boxes!
My fav cacao! It’s been rare up until now that I’ve found a cacao that ticks all the boxes. This one nails it! Flavour, consistency, blend-ability, texture and the most important taste! I love it! For me, Solalkemi Cacao is like a big warm hug. 10/10 recommend!
