1. Create Your Space
Light a candle and gather something that represents the earth, such as a crystal, flower, or fruit. Prepare your journal and brew a cup of Tsokolate Lola, infused with tulsi and amla, to ground the heart and restore balance.
2. Sip and Settle
Hold your cacao with both hands. Breathe deeply. Feel its warmth spread through your body. Let each breath slow you into the present moment.
3. Reflect and Release
Write down what has come to completion in your life. These may be cycles, habits, or attachments that no longer serve your wellbeing. Read them aloud and express gratitude for what they taught you before releasing them by tearing or safely burning the paper.
4. Root into Gratitude
Write three things that bring you pleasure and stability. These are your roots, the anchors that sustain you. Speak them aloud as a declaration of gratitude.
5. Seal with Sweetness
Choose between Love Chocolate or Vision Chocolate, or enjoy both:
