Traditionally used in European herbal medicine, eyebright has long been associated with clarity of vision, both physically and metaphorically. It is valued for soothing eye strain, allergies, and respiratory irritation due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds. Beyond the physical, eyebright symbolises insight and illumination, supporting the third-eye chakra by helping us see with greater clarity, both outwardly and inwardly.

brahmi (bacopa monnieri)

Celebrated in Ayurveda as a brain tonic, brahmi enhances memory, concentration, and mental clarity.
